The Annual General Meeting of 2025 resolved to re-elect the auditing firm KPMG AB, with Mattias Johansson as the auditor in charge, as the auditor for the period until the next Annual General Meeting. KPMG has been Emilshus’s auditor since the Annual General Meeting of 2023.
