A successful implementation of Emilshus’s business strategy and the safeguarding of the company’s long-term interests, including its sustainability, require that the company can recruit and retain qualified employees.

For this, it is necessary that the company can offer competitive compensation.

Remuneration 2025

At the 2025 Annual General Meeting, it was resolved that Board fees of SEK 300,000 shall be paid to the Chairman of the Board and SEK 170,000 to each of the Board members, elected by the AGM, who are not employed by the company. Furthermore, it was resolved that SEK 50,000 is to be paid to each member of the Board’s Audit Committee, and that SEK 15,000 is to be paid to each member of the other committees. Remuneration to the auditor shall be paid according to an approved invoice.
